Daily Practices for Igniting Your Divine Spark
1) Listen to music that inspires you
2) Minimize your exposure to TV and news
3) Find and use a healing scent- essential oils, not perfumes
4) Pay attention to your dreams- write them down
5) Daily journal writing- you'll be amazed what flows out
6) Clean up your diet- be mindful of what you put in your mouth
7) Take care of your body- exercise 30 mins./3-4 X/week
8) Place objects that are sacred to you on a special altar to the Goddess
9) Light candles
10) Bring flowers into your home
11) Read books and magazines on the Goddess, rituals, ceremonies
12) Google “Goddess” and explore the internet
13) Spend time in silence- meditate- maintain peace of mind.
14) Listen to your inner guidance
15) Slow down, take some deep breaths. Commit to make time for yourself.
17) Be open to adventure. Life is filled with surprises. Enjoy!
18) Ask for what you need. Offer what you have.

29) Choose a Goddess name for yourself.
30) Create a circle of women who practice ritual and ceremony together.
31) Gather to celebrate full moons, summer and winter solstices spring and
fall equinoxes.
32) Take field trips in the world. Visit sacred sites; go to museums,
concerts, art galleries, book talks, lectures
34) Break all the rules! Be naughty! Eat something “bad” for you and
enjoy it!
35) Take a bubble bath
